THE FIREDETEC® DIFFERENCE
Rotarex FireDETEC® systems use a pneumatic detection tube that reliably detects and releases teh discharge of the extinguishing agent using pneumatic technology. It is more flexible, space efficient and cost effective versus alternative mechanical or electromechanical systems.

1. Quick & Easy installation directly inside electrical cabinets:
The flexible FireDETEC® pneumatic detection tube is easily installed directly inside the enclosure, close to the critical components – closer to where a fire could break out. When in service, the pneumatic detection tube is pressurized with dry nitrogen at 16 bar.


2. Early fire detection:
If a fire breaks out, the heat of the fire or flames impingement causes the pressurized pneumatic tube to burst at the hottest spot


3. Instant suppression:
The sudden tube depressurization actuates the special pressure differential valve and instantly floods the entire enclosure with extinguishing agent. The fire is quickly suppressed just moments after it began... minimizing damage and downtime.
