Our certified COMPACT LINE^® vehicle engines fire protection system is already renowned in the market for protecting thousands of vehicles worldwide from fire incidents. The system automatically detects a fire and extinguishes it without the need for human intervention.

As its name suggests, the COMPACT LINE is a compact and robust system that integrates easily into both on-road and off-road vehicles. It can withstand shock and vibration and therefore, can be installed on all types of vehicles such as trucks, mining, military vehicles, agricultural machinery, buses and coaches and many more.

The COMPACT LINE^® automatic fire suppression system is mounted close to the engine, which is often the starting point of fires, positioning it at the heart of the action to respond within seconds when a fire starts. Its patented dual-chamber technology allows the system to be mounted in any orientation, horizontally or vertically, to best suit different vehicle types.

Our electronic version Linear Heat Detection (LHD) system is particularly suitable for extreme conditions, as the wire can withstand temperatures of up to 180°C. Additionally, there are no limitations on the length of the wire. The system operates completely autonomously, requiring no human intervention and has a lifespan of up to 10 years.

Unveiling the latest innovations and enhancements

New Cylinder Design - Electronic Monitoring and Actuation System (EMAS)

To further enhance compactness, the cylinder head has been redesigned. The new cylinder head is now 133 mm shorter and has a fully integrated electromagnetic actuator. This new version of the cylinder is available in 4L, 7L, 10L, and 12L capacities. Keep in mind that it is also possible to interchange the new version with the older one, while maintaining the system's overall reliability, approvals, and certifications.

Easy integration of pressure switches and gauges

The pressure switch connection is improved as the updated design includes two additional ports to install both a pressure switch and a pressure gauge. The pressure gauge allows for easy pressure reading without prior disassembly, therefore preventing potential damage.

With flexible and modular positioning options, the EMA COMPACT LINE system can be installed vertically, horizontally, or even upside down to meet diverse installation needs. There are versatile options for connecting the pressure switches and pressure gauges, allowing easy adaptation to the specific constraints of the protected area.

New IP65 Protective Box

Another new feature is the IP65-rated stainless steel protection box. Especially suited for the following applications: marine, oil and gas, underground, and open-pit mining, it is a must-have accessory for protecting your vehicle engines fire protection system in the harshest conditions. The electronic control unit (ECU) can also be housed within the box in a dedicated position. The protective box complies with off-road regulation AS-5062 and effectively shields the cylinder and its components.

A new flexible Discharge Hose

Lastly, in this series of innovations and optional features, there is now another type of flexible discharge hose next to the existing stainless-steel hose. The newly added red flexible hose has several advantages, it has a high visibility in the compartment and provides greater flexibility during installation. This new addition also complies with AS-5062 standards, which is a significant point. The available lengths remain the same: 1250mm or 2200mm.

New red Manual Actuator

The new manual actuator for electronic actuation is IP65-rated and can be mounted externally on the vehicle which is easier to reach and gives a higher visibility.
