Breakthrough Fire Suppression Systems for Commercial Kitchens Set to Transform Industry

The expanded lineup, offered under the new TRIPLESTAR  badge from Rotarex Firetec, broadens the portfolio of fire systems for commercial kitchens previously offered under the FireDETEC  badge—creating the most complete set of solutions available anywhere.    

Rotarex TRIPLESTAR  systems use a proprietary, continuous-linear sensor tube to detect and actuate release of extinguishing agent using pneumatic technology. TRIPLESTAR  systems easily install directly inside the extractor hood directly above cooking areas, with tubing pressurized with dry nitrogen to 16 bar.

When a flame-up occurs, the heat of the fire causes the pressurized sensor tube to burst at the hottest spot (approx. 175°C). The sudden tube depressurization instantly floods the cooking area with Class F extinguishing agent. The fire is suppressed just moments—minimizing damage and downtime.

All TRIPLESTAR  kitchen fire suppression systems are tested and certified by LPCB. The 9L kitchen fire suppression system protects the kitchen hood and up to 2 cooking zones. The new 16L and 25L systems protect the kitchen hood and up to 5 or 8 cooking zones respectively. Plus, 16L and 25L systems come with pneumatic and/or electromagnetic detection options, and plug-and-play connection to an existing electronic detection system is possible. All three TRIPLESTAR  systems are available from Rotarex service centers and distributors worldwide.
